Do you have a garage or parking space available?

Our accommodations do not have dedicated parking spaces. However, street parking is free in the evening and between 12 pm and 2 pm. If you prefer supervised parking, Arago parking is just a 1-minute walk away. Rates are 2 euros per night and 16 euros for a 24-hour period. This provides you with convenient options for parking your vehicle during your stay.

What amenities are available in the apartment?

To make your short stay enjoyable, our apartments are equipped with a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and kitchen utensils. Additionally, we provide a smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Molotov TV, so you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies. We also supply linens, towels, and basic toiletries for your comfort.

Are pets allowed in the apartment?

Yes, we welcome dogs in all of our accommodations. We provide a comfortable basket, two blankets, and two bowls for their well-being. These measures are taken to ensure their comfort and to protect sofas and beds. We would be delighted to welcome your four-legged companion during your stay

Is the accommodation located near public transportation?

Yes, the apartment is ideally situated near public transportation. It is in close proximity to the Pyrénées bus stop, served by 11 bus lines. Additionally, the nearest taxi stand is located on the adjacent street, just a 1-minute walk away. If you need to get to the train station, it is easily accessible by bus, approximately a 10-minute ride. This provides you with good connectivity for your travels.

Are towels and bed linen provided during my stay?

Yes, we provide towels and bed linen for your comfort during your stay. Each person receives a bath towel, a hand towel, and a floor mat for the bathroom. Additionally, we supply the necessary bed linen along with an extra throw blanket for you to relax on the sofa. You won't need to worry about these items; they will be ready for you upon arrival.

Is it possible to have a late check-in?

Yes, we can provide you with the option for a late check-in. Our accommodation is equipped with a smart lock. A few days before your arrival, we will send you an email containing an access code to open the building door and your accommodation door. This way, you can arrive at your convenience, even late in the evening.

During a late arrival, we ask you to be discreet in the common areas to respect other residents. Our team checks the condition of the accommodation before your arrival; however, it is recommended to also check upon your arrival that nothing is missing and no furniture is damaged to avoid any disputes later on.

Is it possible to waive the cleaning fees during my reservation?

Unfortunately, the cleaning fees cannot be waived from the reservation. These fees are necessary to ensure the quality of our apartments. Our cleaning team intervenes after each guest to perform a thorough cleaning of the apartment, adhering to strict anti-Covid disinfection standards. This allows us to provide you with a clean and safe environment during your stay. Therefore, the cleaning fees contribute to maintaining this high quality and ensuring your comfort.
